Dumbass provided terrible customer service---not answering the phone, picking up only to tell me he'll call me right back but never doing so, asking me "who are you" despite the fact that we had literally spoken on the phone only moments ago, presiding over a chaotic office where 12 odayaal surround him all talking simultaneously....
This experience has been a revelation to me
After my final call, where he once again failed to understand my request and tried to charge me $800 for a simple route change although it can be done for much cheaper if he bothered to do any research, I cussed him out over the phone and hung up....I am now worried that motherfucker might f*ck up my ticket somehow... I am thinking about reporting him to Homeland Security, very pissed right now.
