A bit of consistency mate. Didn’t you just say if a woman is good her husband wouldn’t cheat? Now you’re saying what’s wrong with variety? So you’re admitting it’s not nothing to do with being a good woman?

I'm guessing it's a mix of both, I can just imagine after 30-40 years in a relationship with the same woman their relationship might lose the spark in the relationship those driving some men to go ahead and wander on an adventure to explore other options.. Notice I'm not saying or justifying people to ditch or cheat on their wives, I'm just trying to look at the root cause in a rational matter.

Also, do you honestly think that their wives are attracted to their pot belly or the fact that older men tend to have a whole host of health problems and rely on their spouses more?

What makes it even worse is that there is truth to what you’re saying. Supposedly, men are 6x more likely to leave their wives if she has a terminal illness than the other way around. Studies prove this, anecdotes of nurses and doctors around the world confirm this and this is even taught in medical school.

That isn’t to say all men are like that. Still the vast majority of men do stay and stay loyal but a significant amount do not, but i do find it fascinating how the same men expect loyalty from women when a woman cannot even guarantee that her husband would even bother to look after her if she was to get cancer. Tbh in most cultures, especially Somalis the husband simply ships her to her families house using the excuse of ‘work’.

I hate looking up statistics when it comes to relationships because it’s bleak, but I really do wonder how we raise our men as a society if that is what is happening.

I think this is part of the male nature, men are most of them more adventurous than women, but women also cheat, how many miskiin loyal guys have been destroyed by unfaithful women do you think? Anyway if a man is not so easily satisfied by one woman, he should've the opportunity to take a second or a third wife, in that way he can keep things halal instead of sneaking around and committing zina.

Didn't he run on bringing respect and dignity to the mayor's office? I'm surprised though. He was so bland. I'm even more surprised that he resigned. Canadian politicians never step down when they do something outrageous. They blame "mental health" or "addiction" to get sympathy and hide for a few months or will gaslight you.

This isn't good news for residents. Toronto was already in bad shape under a conservative mayor with all the tents and violence and open drug use because he didn't want to offend the activists. John Tory was a fake Tory. Now they're going to elect a leftist mayor who will turn the place into a giant Skid Row.

Exactly. My mother had 3 C sections and 5 children. She cooks, cleans, works, everything. My dad has never washed a dish in his life. After all she’s done for him he repays her like this. And it’s not my marriage like a lot of people here are saying but I’m scared that that is what’s waiting for me. And men are saying “make sure you vet the man to see if he is a good man and you’ll be fine”. But my father is a good man! So how do I even win? I don’t even want to get married at this point.
