Last week I got angry at one older cousin for calling me stingy just because I didn't want to chip in to his disgusting weed habits i don't smoke so essentially this twat thought I would borrow him money like some naive kid.

The reason why your cousin smokes weed is because its popular in this culture. Smoking weed is a getaway from reality. I have observed most people that smoke weed have a ton of stress on them. I only smoked weed because I was a mess and my life was going down the gutter. I would suggest talk to your cousin and ask him if everything is alright.
