90%? You must be smoking some good Eydoor cannabis. Ceerigaabo town itself is divided into Northern Market (Suuqa Kore) and Southern Market (Suuqa Hoose). In the Northern Market is the Isaaq and the Southern Market is the Daarod. Forget about Ceerigaabo district.

As for Togdheer, f*ck it. I couldn't careless about it. My only concern is Buuhoodle district which is now known as Cayn region/state within Puntland and that's all that matters to me. The rest of Togdheer can go to hell for all I care.

Dhulos was chased out of sanaag and warsangeli were chased all the way to laas qorey by a sub sub sub clan of eastern habar yoonis. Dhulos came back to sanaag on good behavior, why you think there's no khaatumo or rabshad there?
