If you dislike Siad barre because of clan Abdirizak Haji Hussein former (prime minister of Somalia) informed the US CIA about 80 Senior Somali Army Officials in Hargeisa, who planned to assassinate Siad Barre in 1977. They were caught and executed. And the 1978 coup attempt afterwards which was crushed

No the problem with Somalia is when it got its independence those that served the Italian colonialists were rewarded while those that fought them were neglected.
