Thanks and all but there's nothing really to celebrate even if it's independence. Somaliland is going downhill at the moment. I hate the wadani party.

Why aren't you celebrating the 18th May?
Because there's nothing to celebrate? are my people being employed in high numbers, are we building infrastructure?, has a single nation recognised us? have we even entered fifa commitee team? have we won a major torment? have we reclaimed ceerigabo and settled our differences with khaatumo? has poverty reduced? have we done anything to remove oromos from our territory? NOTHING.

All of Somalia is suffering from poverty and bad infrastructure as well as high unemployment rate.. But this is all rooted in our lack of proper leadership, disunity and fragmentation... Things are so bad each qabiil or family is forced to form a state..

Yes it's very bad and I just don't know how long this will continue since there hasn't been any outbreak in either Somaliland or Somalia. Nada zilch. Like not even a medal in the Olympics can you imagine lmfao

Yaa ka xanaajiyay my laandheere inadeer?

I agree with you that it’s nonsense for SSC to expect that enemy is our enemy but they’re in bed with our adversaries. However, in we put things into perspective; HSM hasn’t done remotely anything to us compared to what SL did go Sool. Iskuma dhowa. Our issue with HSM is purely politics, while SL killed 1000 people and wounded tens of thousands.

Should we have ties with SL? Sure why not, they’re Somali people like the rest. But they are claiming our lands (as in PL borders). As long that isn’t solved there shouldn’t be any bilateral ties.

As for the current Khatumo leadership, they are betting on the wrong horses in Xamar. But to be fair, they’re not met by the right leadership in PL as well. Deni and Firdhiye are both basing their policies on emotions rather than rational.

Khatumo is in state building stage, they’re where Puntland was in 1998. Have patience with them. Vast majority of their leadership were the ones that use to work with SL, so they have a certain disdain for Puntland. Dhulbahante is willing to give that group everything they need as long as they don’t invite SL back to their regions. That’s the strategy, whether it’s the right strategy is a different story and time will only tell.

SSC aren't our borders anymore, except for Sanaag, and even that needs to be confirmed by Warsangeli. After that, any dispute between SNM and Khaatumo is a political issue they need to resolve.

Nothing personal, I like @Sigmundd and individuals from all Somali clans. I just don't agree with SNM antics and war crimes and will never celebrate SNM day.

As for the Puntland-Khaatumo dispute, @Abdisamad , my brother, it's us miskeen MJs who think we have allies among the Daarood. It's not reciprocated with the same fervour, never has. Only a few of them are ride or die, but sadly, they are outnumbered. This has always been the case, from the time of the Sayid ethnic cleansing, Kacaan ethnic cleansing and the SNM-SSC drama since day 1.

It's in our best interest to leave them all alone, and encourage the pro-PL ones to join their kinfolk in Khaatumo even if it is ruled by Puntland haters. From now on, we must wash our hands of all so-called Daarood politics and relations. We are Soomaali and we are Puntland First. Let Daaroods run into Urur Sabool hands and get used. It's not like they rule over our land.

No more favouritism for Daarood clans, that's the healthiest thing for MJs, and those who are confused by my verbiage, we are not even related to this clan, unless someone finds evidence to the contrary. So, imagine not even related and they're not even reliable allies when they gain power.

Good luck Khaatumo, I mean it. No hard feelings.

I was referring to the Sanaag borders. We have to understand that we are mainly seeing one loud faction of the Khatumo on social media. Firdhiye, the minister of information, all the vehemently anti-Puntland khatuumites were on SL paycheck for years. There’s a old footage of Cabbaas Madani welcoming SL troops in 2007. But there’s also a silent reasonable block led by Garaad Jaamac. If they oppose the former SL camp, they’ll invite SL again.

As for other Puntites; It's in our best interest to leave them all alone, and encourage the pro-PL ones to join their kinfolk. Puntland and Khaatumo will divorce and that's it. I pray I never see another MJ man ever speak on Daarood politics, let them all do what they want. Maxaa naga galay.
I myself don't agree with Somaliland politic movement myself. Look at what Muse bixi cost Somaliland by that fraudulent Ethiopia port deal which got people from khaatumo state and awdal state to despise the Somalland movement. We can all definately love one another but heavily critisize our political movement .

Garaad Jama was the same one that called Puntland "Binti-Land", and forgive me if I am wrong, but did he not insult MJs/slight us at some point too? Did he change his rhetoric when he realised the truth, which is MJs are the most useful so-called Daarood clan?

We need to consider that maybe we are being used and start really looking out for our own interests. Let's be neutral in Somalia and get to the bag. I bet you MJs will end up healthier, wealthier with less bad deeds if we get away from these Daarood clans.

Welcome back brother, waxa iga xanaajay.. The Khatumites vast amount of badmouthing PL and none of them speaking or stopping it, how many of our brothers have died liberating them just a year ago, we died with them while Qoslaye was touring the world around not giving two flying f*ck about Lascanood, if you talk on it there's no reasoning about it, they'll tell you're jealous, feminine or in general very disrespectful, do we deserve to have this kind of people as our brothers? We and the Isaaqs know each other very well, our only dispute was we did not want to watch our cousins getting killed, subjugated and ruled, this what we offered blood and wealth to defend.. If they've only had an issue with Deni then why are they on every social media channel celebrating Qoslaye like a nassiah while talking shit about PL, like we all are Deni and Deni is PL.. Hope you get my point cousin.

I’m just a sucker for Darod:tocry:
I had so much respect and admiration for ssc to the point I had no difference between my loyalty to PL and SSC.. But apparently this attitude and loyalty is not reciprocated in any way or shape by the Firdhiye loyalists.. Why I don't mind throwing them under the bus going forward lol.
