Have you tried bulking? If so what’s your routine? Have you trie Gainer powder? I’m 6 foot 4, I was way under weight at 125 pounds but I’m 173 now (still skinny). I just separate my meals into 5 medium sized meals and drink gainer before bed. The problem with Somalis is we under eat while having a high metabolism. We eat 1 big meal and then eat a little in on top of that. That’s actually a better method for losing weight. Our culture has poor eating habits. Also a good portion of us are tall.

As for ur thread I eat 4 huge meals a day and then drink 2 protein shakes and hit the gym every other day

I used to be skinny and I have a high metabolism but I just eat 2k calories above my maintenance and I gain weight easily :manny:

What’s you’re maintenance? Even if it’s 2500 that’s almost 5000. Even if you’re tall you would be fat depending on how long you been doing it.

Its 2k but I don't double it anymore I only did that when I was skinny and desperate to put weight on

Nowadays I just eat until I am full and go off in the gym :manny:

6 ft 79kg, my diet plan is strictly 300kcal above maintenance lean bulk with a clean diet.
yours makes more sense than @Shmurda he goes 2k over daily. :gucciwhat: And yea I’m still dirty bulking basically eating whatever because I’m at the bottom of my BMI...my weight should be 190 ima go to 210 the try to convert into muscle by heavy lifting. Hopefully cut down to 190-200 but muscle..then gradually gain muscle on top
