Do you go for protein exclusively or gainer? Gainer has protein but has a lot more calories. Also your picture is cool just don’t forget wrist curls and other fore arm exercises. As for ur thread I eat 4 huge meals a day and then drink 2 protein shakes and hit the gym every other day
I used to be skinny and I have a high metabolism but I just eat 2k calories above my maintenance and I gain weight easily

yours makes more sense than @Shmurda he goes 2k over daily. And yea I’m still dirty bulking basically eating whatever because I’m at the bottom of my BMI...my weight should be 190 ima go to 210 the try to convert into muscle by heavy lifting. Hopefully cut down to 190-200 but muscle..then gradually gain muscle on top6 ft 79kg, my diet plan is strictly 300kcal above maintenance lean bulk with a clean diet.
