Tijoux they want a reaction from the FGS and subsequent mediation by the International community in which they will demand the ICJ hearing and court case to be settled out of court which is said they have no chance of winning and the ruling is in favour of Somalia.

Somalia is avoiding that trap and baiting.

Kenya is helpless. Their final move and act of desperation will be for their President to touch down in Hargaysa but we are not moved.

ICJ case about the maritime dispute is about to get a ruling. The lawyers of Kenya have told Kenya that they will lose the case and the ICJ is in favour of Somalia and that it will rule in favour of Somalia over Kenya.

Kenya is desperate the ruling is expected in November.

When you know you are about to lose the only option is disruption.
