Yeah I never block people ever on any social media but I'll try start doing that for recurring accounts.
Hopefully the algorithm will switch to giving me better stuff or I'll just cut out twitter from my life

This a dumb take to be honest people can have attachments to things without it being profitable for them.

Whilst ethnicity does none of the things you mention, self love for some of us entails loving our ethnicity and identity.

So it shouldn't be what does my ethnicity give me, it should be what can i give back to my ethnic group.

Ideals (religion/philosophy), how you go about and implement them and how they then interact with the world is a better identity than ethnicity.

The barrier of entry for becoming a Somali is low and you as an individual have no meaningful control of the overall actions of the group. You can never truly love yourself if that love is tied to the actions of a third-party. Don’t hate your back ground but don’t identify with it to the point where a stranger can flame you for the actions of another through the internet.
