They're good at processing paperwork for you quicker at their clinics and at a fraction of the cost. Paid 50 bucks to get a medical check up for a license upgrade when the standard was at least 120.

Obvious scamming involved but thats when their services are warranted. Fixing stuff? yeah better off with Cadaans who won't cut corners.
