Remember 91? All the rebel groups met in Xamar to discuss what to do after Barre was sent to Lagos. SNM threatened to leave if no one calibrated, nobody calibrated. SNM kept to it's promise and left Somalia to form Somaliland with Gadabuursi and the Harti clans in Sool and East Sanaag in 1993.
