Woayanas had the upper hand because their mlitia consisted of former members of the armed forces who are experienced and led by former TPLF and army veterans and that's the mistake Abiy has made he could have used those tigranyans officers or soldiers against TPLF and house arrested previous generals and that would have been the end of woayana presence in Ethiopia
