No. I know what I saw. The RSF wasn't promoting them, you can even find them on twitter. They post pictures of themselves in Sudan and you can hear them speak with a Sudani accent.
RSF has bots on sicial media and they're outnumbered by actual sudanese citizens that oppose them

Ethiopia/TPLF launched three raids on eritrea.
1997 TPLF attacked Adi Murug, 1997 they expaneded their military occupation of Eritrean Badme and in 1998 TPLF led Ethiopian army killed 8 eritrean soldiers on ethiopian occupied Eritrean Badme.
on june 1998 TPLF bombed asmara airport and from 1999-2001 the tplf led Ethiopian army waged a full scale invasion of eritrea occupying 25% of Eritrea and aiming to annex Eritreas Assab port.
