I think you're meant to say it's on it's way to defeat to defeat AS and take over the security of country away from Amison.

FGS was formed at 2012 and the ground works was set before n&n took over for Somali forces to be trained by foreign entities.An example is Danab in which the US started training troops back in 2013.
