UAE or FGS should conscript soldiers from all of Somalia not just central regions with their funding Somalia could easily have 40k.

But negotiations wouldn't work. At the very least, groups like Hezbollah & the Taliban fully accept the nation-state and the international order that is built on the concept of national sovereignty. AS are just a death cult, they'd start constant cross border raids on Kenya & Ethiopia if ATMIS pulled out. You can't find common ground with people like that
