Thoughts on this Indian

Sweden is fine with with bible burning too: https://www.ynetnews.com/article/rji7uqrfn

They are not targeting Muslims, it's an exercise of free speech and whatnot, you're allowed to burn books.
It's not about a specific country, its about the act itself. Besides most swedes aren't even proper christians. Even if they do allow it the quran is sacred to us and it would be dishonest to claim burning it outside a mosque on eid isn't an islamophobic and hateful act as well as a provocation.

It's the Hebrew bible they're burning, so this is aimed at Jews, not christians.

Sure it's definitely provocative but you can't deny that this is happening due to the reactions made by Muslims in the first place, you guys are giving them a reason to.

No coincidence that India are big allies of Israel. They too have a dangerous ethnoreligous ideology that subscribes to ethnic cleansing :kanyehmm:

This sounds kind of nationalistic? Don’t see sunni Muslims living in other countries as foreigners, they’re essentially the same as you, we’re no different to Kashmiris or Arabs. And I’ve gone to Indian masjids a couple times whenever im running late for Jumma, I’ve caught them making dua for Somalia countless times (as well as Syria/shams, Iraq, Rohingyans and other countries) brotherhood is an integral part of the religion and the Prophets (SAW) last message
:drakewtf:

I was wondering how no one mentioned this. Almost every taraweeh I have been to Somalia is mentioned in the ending dua. They do this even in mecca..

One of my favorite da'ii Omar Suleiman, is always making dua for Somalia. He was doing this funny challenge attempting to speak somali in his Ramadan series, got me hollering.. :mjlol::pachah1:

Muslims in my city do fund raising for different causes and Somalia makes to the list every year. My local halal store has this cute welcome banner with different languages and says soo dhawow. The owner? not somali. I always feel a sense of community, unconditional support and acceptance in Muslim spaces.
This is MY reality 🙃

Discussing the injustices other muslim ethnicities are facing does not take away from what is happening to Somalia. The ummah includes us in their duas and talks about our hardships in their spaces too.

This is certain complexity when it comes to issues in Somalia. Somalia is a country with 100% religious dominance of Islam. However, I must point that Somalis are divided aka qabil. It is more dangerous generally, for it will not allow Somalia to function well. It promotes such loyalty to one cause aka lineage. If Somalis can't love each other, we will not be strong and make a case for other countries. As long as we continue to drag each other down, we will not be good ally to the Islam cause. In the sense, we must fix ourselves first in order to be defenders on the front line of Ummah.

Btw? Hindu's caste system? You are fucked.

In the end, the weakest Muslim will be always superior to the strongest Kafir in the eyes of Allah SWT.

I’ve always wondered why there’s over 1 billion Hindus in India when the Muslim ruled the sub continent for nearly 1,000 years. Other countries that was ruled by sultans/empires tend to have at least 50% from conversions overtime over the centuries.

The Mamluks, Ghaznavids, Ghurids and Mughal sultanate all ruled the region since 12th century. The Hindus only ruled India again after they got their independence from Britain.

Somalis need a strong us vs them mentality against the Shisheeye we viewed with disdain instead of each other. We are too naive in international politics and let our neighbours plot against us whilst we war our own.
A banner of Islam would be a strong way to bind the nation together. After all these so called secular westerners still consider themselves a Christian people even if they do nkt practice.
Islam is a pillar that keeps the somali nation up and we should use it as a unifier. A little bit of antagonism of the gaalo would go a long way as well.

this thread proves that atheists don't have morals. look at how they they act anytime muslims are mentioned, we are discussing a potential genocide of 200 million people and they go erratic and make us look crazy.

I just know that this malab hypocrite would be up in arms if the guy was talking about black people, athiests or women. It's not even about ummah, it's literal basic human decency to call out a racist that's encouraging genocide. These users are never found talking about somali issues, but somehow when we mention muslims on a majority muslim forum they get in their feelings and bring up somalia. We really need a muslim sub forum so we can discuss issues without these weirdos tryna project their insecurities onto us.

@CALMONE20### was this the "common sense" you were talking about?

Who cares he's talking about Indian Muslims, do you think all the 200 million Indian Muslims gave a single f*ck when somali muslims were suffering. First priorities your own people, somalis are too focus and stressing about helping ajanabis. I am all for kindness and sympathy but how can you think about others when your own people are dealing with the most severe cases of drought and poverty ? The amount of posts I see online from somalis talking about Palestinians, Uyghurs and other foreign groups outweighs the awareness they spread about their own.
It is astonishing that you and others like you here can talk about all sort of things from USA to europe to africa, but once someone talks about an injustice happening to a non somali muslim, you throw the "who cares" and "why you don't focus on Somalia" replies.

One question, were you thinking about Somalia when you were talking about France burning or when Usher was dancing with keke. Is it alright to talk about keke's dress but bad to talk about what injustice another human being is facing?

The British colonialists created East Pakistan (Bangladesh) and West Pakistan (Today's Pakistan) from India in order to remove and weaken the power of the Muslims in India.

Pakistan population: 231.4 million (2021)
Bangladesh population: 173 million (2023)
Indian Muslims: 209 million followers (2021)

That is a total of 631.4 million people whose lands and power were divided up.

So to answer your question, if India remained 1, Indian Muslims would've been at least 43% of the population.

Wasn't it the Muslims that wanted a country of their own?

One of the reasons for this rabid hate that Hindus have for Muslims/Islam, is the fact that the 4 countries with the largest Muslim populations (the third highest being India) were all Hindu Kingdoms and lands.

They find it baffling and are bitter that large swathes of South and Southeast Asia left Hinduism for Islam. Rest assured, the day when they try to put this genocide, that they're attempting to put into practice, Hinduism will be confined to the back pages of history.

For a people, who are the least physically gifted, in terms of martial prowess, they sure do have a death wish....Talking about how they're gonna march onto Mecca and Medina kkkkk bruh, just give me 600 Senegalese, Chechens, and Reer Mudug miyii boys, and the whole country would be taken in a week tops.

Very interesting.

Do Pakistanis acknowledge this or is it suicidal to bring that up to them?
