Rinse your mouth with warm salt water for about a minute 2-3 times a day until it goes away. It should go away in like a week or two

Thats what I’ve been doing it gives temporary relief but it lasts only a few seconds

yeah the pain relief is temporary unfortunately. Stick to soft foods and avoid spices and acidic food and you'll just have to wait until it goes away. It sucks.

You just gotta tough it out and take the pain. Or eat ice cream for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's cold which is good for the pain and delicious.
