all i know is MX does not border them, they don't live in caabudwaaq or balanbale district
They live in Gaalkacyo.
Obviously they live in northern Galkacyo, but where do they live in Galmudug?
Gaalkacyo baan ku ogaa nimankaa, but they are traders and probably settled in the big towns like Dhusamareb. I know they have a farac called Yaxye Saalax who are a well known minority in Beledweyne.
We live in Northern Galkacyo, Baraxley district of Galkacyo close to the southern controlled Galdmudug region. Also descendants of traders live in Dhusamareb, where the first shop, school and dugsi of the region was opened by an Carab Salax man who married ceyr lady. Yaxye are not considered part of Meheri wa sheegato
