Yaab wallahi. My whole tiktok these past few weeks were culture days at school and 90% of the oromo ones were stealing from somali culture. Alindi, guntiino, shiid, and even an off brand dhaanto. There’s even a video on a harari doing it but Ion really care cuz they have a whole bunch of assimilated somalis and it was only one person. I’ve also seen tanzanian/uganda claiming our cultural clothing too

Who would’ve known we would be such trendsetters. If only we developed our country. f*ck paris, somalia would be the fashion capital of Africa
