Frantz Fanon would say that are acting in regards to the white other, they are partaking in Islamophobia to distance themselves from blackness or as the other. What do they gained by attacking islam. Approval and a way to rectify the problem of what blackness represents.
We are a problem yes and I am trying to fix myself by being like you. They emulate the white by degrading the foreigner like the mulato who distances himself from the black. Not to go backwards. To them subconsciously being black is bad, but to compound it with muslim is worse. The would go backwards, they wouldn't be solving the issue but aggregating the problem, restricting the solutions.
To them they have to imitate the white man, imitate how he talks and what views he beholds. The white man despises the muslims and so we must too. They adhere to the very thing that makes the situation worse. Wallahi I feel so sorry for them. They are so mentally dominated. Even we are. We distance ourselves from them. We look down at blackness. We partaking in the same racial rhetoric the white man partakes in to justify what we are.
We as somalis see somali and blackness as a negative. We are just as bad. People on somalispot share much with them I can promise you that.
