A dirtbag Madhoow ---gets soooooo lucky being acquitted from murdering two people. The Jury found him NOT GUILTY--not because they trust him, but they said the prosecutors did not do their job of bringing their case.

He a free man. He could have had a death sentence. Then three days after being a free man- he kills his pregnant girlfriend with his baby inside her.

Why?

Because he has another woman he likes more.

This is second time- his defense is the same as the first one: Self Defense.

Disgusting!

Americas judicial system is corrupt I'm supprised the country with the highest incarsiration rate hasn't prosecuted this fool. You could se an assualt happenign right in front of you catch it on camera and the guy would still go through a trial and wait to be sentensed wich could take anywhere for 1-2years. This is why in islam we have no prison system it's your chraged with a crime you're held in jail and then bam your sentensed depending on the crime. From as little as a slap on the finger to beaing put to death depending on the severity of the crime.

"Historically, prison existed in Islamic civilization, but with strictly limited periods of confinement since confinement was generally not meant to punish, but temporarily detain" (Zulfiqar, 2020).

In terms of punitive responses, the primary focus is on hudūd punishments (virtually all of which are corporal) explicitly delineated in Islam’s core sources, but also retaliatory punishment (qiṣāṣ) and discretionary punishment (taʿzīr). Non-punitive responses include financial compensation (diya) and non-punishment or “forgiveness.”[7] (Zulfiqar, 2020).
