So you went from there’s no roads to then pointing out major one’s like Afgoye, Balcad etc? As if PL doesn’t use internatial funding to build its roads. Most of them are funded by the UN… Xamar’s regular roads are at least self funded.

Those roads you mention will service more people than PL put together

I under but even SSC was able to crowd fund projects locally and build a lot of infrastructure via diaspora money alone. I'm asking why they didn't even bother to build more roads, water plants, schools, hospitals etc? What is the goal here? Is there a plan to develop?

This is a hypothetical situation but If your people "allowed" people from PL to come invest and live in Galmudug with guaranteed safety it would change Galmudug completely within 5 years.

What is PL investing that would transform GM that isn't present in PL itself? invest in your dhul brev GM is doing just fine.
