what concepts, ideas, customs,and practices can we learn from other ethnic groups (Take notes from)? I am a staunch believer that there are some redeeming aspects within every culture, even ones that you might consider "enemies".

I think Somalis should follow Scandinavia as a base model with some improvements.

Pro-business social democracies that reinvest resource revenue back into their citizens while also pursuing renewable energy.

Afghanistan is hardly united. Taliban is made of Pashtuns and they kill off minorities like hazars. Somalia shouldn’t learn anything positive about Afghanistan.
