Can anybody explain this musalsal, what's going on here? Kheyre, Roble, Xamse all doing the same ceremony since 2019, then I realized it's not funded by outside donors. I think they collected the money after Zoobe massacre from Somalis everywhere, but they are doing igu sawir since 2019.
