Actually slaves from eats africa(kenya, tanzania, ethiopia ) were sold in the arab world as early as the7th century. In the beginning there were few black slaves but by ottoman times their number was high. There was even a rebellion in the 9th century known as the zanj rebellion were african slaves rebelled against the arabs

Iraqis, Palis & Jordanians are nowhere near white. They have varying degrees of brownish-tan. Except in some parts of Jordan where a some of the population are decadent from Chechens

Socially Arabs are definitely not white in Europe.

Only in America are they considered white-ish because many of them are Christian Arabs who have less SSA and with European culture.
