There is war in whole Horn of Africa

There is war every where in Horn of Africa from Oromo fighting Amhera to somalis and Somalis fighting afar to somali fighting each other subhanallah east Africa is always in war state like or a whole civil war no peace in between and if there is one it doesn’t last this long yaab every where in Africa is more peaceful than in east Africa why is that.

Still conquering lands like they living in the 1600s

Priority for progress is first order, then law, then rights.

East Africa needs to find a structure (federal, central, etc) where we can have order, then we can move on to strengthening legal institutions and enshrining rights for all. It's finding this balance which is the cause of conflict.
