The existence of Abdullah ibn Saba is acknowledged by both Sunnis, Shias, and Western historians. Some Shias today, however, attempt to deny his existence, not to mention the role he played in the foundation of Shiaism. In the context of Shiaism, he is comparable to what Saint Paul is to Christianity. Throughout history, there have been allegations that Yahud (Jews) infiltrated and sought to either destroy or shape ideologies and religions to fit their agenda of world domination or corrupt the original teachings. This is akin to how Karl Marx, originally Moses Mordecai Levy, son of a Jewish rabbi, turned socialism into communism to serve Jewry. In a similar vein, the original teachings of Isa ibn Maryam were allegedly corrupted by Paul, the self-proclaimed apostle and mass murderer, who persecuted early followers of Jesus and later claimed to have heard Jesus' voice, leading to the promotion of a new gospel involving polytheism/trinity, turning Jesus into an idol for Roman/Greek pagans to facilitate conversion.

This study delves into the identical tactics employed by these two figures. While Paul succeeded in his mission, Abdullah ibn Saba attempted to achieve a similar goal but failed.
