I would have said yes back in 2016, look at the Somali state region budget and Somalia budget in 2016, I would 100% want to forfeit sovereignty to Ethiopia back then for sure, so your idea is not 100% despicable it actually made sense back in 2016 before Farmaajo came into the scene.
With another Farmaajo term we will hit the Billion dollar mark, and its only upwards from there, I think its hard to gauge the full extend of his progress because he is still building the statistical institutions but its improved alot the last 5 years.
