Somalis beat al shabaab in the vast majority of battles, it's the leadership that is the problem.

Under farmajjo they were an afterthought, but hsm basically handed them southern somalia on a silver platter.

Similar deal with the daesh attack in north Somalia.

Somalis win the battles, but a captured guy said they were helped by important people in north Somalia before mysteriously dying in captivity.

The second Ogaden war proved that Somalis man to man can defeat a much larger force.

It is division, bad leadership, and foreign interventions that mad somalia a weak nation.
