I thought Al kabaab only had 6,000-10,000 fighters, thats a terrible loss if that number is correct.

They only need a couple of people for suicide bombing missions that will kill many, this is psychological warfare at its finest, you can see in the videos they upload like Adan Yabal how scared the soldiers are after a bomb goes off and they all flee, while they're fleeing a group of less than 10 shabaab shoot at them while enterin the town, so basically 10 blood lusted Shabaab can kill 50 SNA fuleyin

They've been using the same strat since 2008, fill a toyota with explosives, detonate it next to a group of soldiers, and a small group attacks after that, almost never fails cause no one is dying or getting paralyzed for 200$ a month, + if something happens to any of these soldiers FGS is not paying them a veteran/pension compensation like in other countries
