I hope the SSC president manages his region's political goals delicately and not to sell out to SFG over short-term alliances that will break down(balan iyo go'an malaha dadkasi), don't sell out Puntland in return for aid-projects approvals either. Tell them SSC isn't built to destroy other regions but is only pursuing it's own interest and well being. Tell them it's against SSC founding principles to be a 'spoiler or promote destruction' of any region in Somalia.

Puntitequeen this is the reason why I am die-hard 1 state model for all Harti so our enemies don't take advantage of us over political-personal-regional interests. I have no doubt that by the time of the Harti conference 2 years from now, SSC will have more state capacity than any FMS south of Puntland. I would not be surprised if SSC were to hold statewide elections 2 years from now.

To summarise, SFG wants to cut PL aid support and world Bank project that was meant for Sool and Sanaag and give it directly to SSC in exchange for political loyalty federally and nationally.

Actually, Firdhiye has more political currency than the Federal leaders, and whilst I view this with skepticism, just like the first trip by Garaado, one loses nothing meeting with Federal leaders, provided they reciprocate by visiting SSC regions. Now, that would require freedom in thought, and brilliance in politics, scarce commodities in the region. It will not happen, for their overlords would not approve of that. Bloody munchkins!

I agree with most of what you said like SSC getting a cut from the funds that used to go to PL and SL in their name(Sool abd Sanaag) but SSC have no say in what happens in Garowe and PL parliament. In the future they will control Nothern Harti federal mps but not those in PL.

Only Hiiraan State can act as counterweight to SSC and has more clans and parliamentary Seats.

If middle Shabelle was North of Hiiraan it was possible to make it the third State but bc of being in South of Hiiraan it cannot form its own State so they will let Hiiraan to go and Middle Shabelle and North of Banaadir have to form another State. If you keep hiiraan with Middle Shabelle and Banaadir together still Daarood will have more States

This is all good ustaadow but the elephant in the room is S/hoose, Hawiye won't be complete without their most prized region that we already control on the ground.

To me Banshabelle (Banaadir and Shabelle hoose) for Abgaal and Hirshabelle for Xawadle is the most likely scenario, if not what happens to Shabellede hoose than?
