I think its good chance to move the capital to somewhere else outside of Koonfur and leave ex banaadir for Hawiye.

PL and SL should cooperate on this. Ceerigaabo is perfect place for capital, nice weather not far from the coast besides berbera and Boosaaso can have new ports in maydh and Laasqoray . SOMALIS SHOULD INVEST IN THIS BEAUTIFUL REGION.
