The relationship between Somalis and Hararis

I heard that Harar wanted to join with somalis,which resulted in them being ethnically cleansed by Haile Selassie's regime. And apparently Hararis were given automatic passports when they fled genocide.

they were being ethnically cleansed when that midget amxaaro took harar, displaced half of them to other part of his country, brought amxaaro and oromos, and took lands. When Somalis took over harar, jigjiga in 1977, they wanted to be part of Somalia, since they would be better off with Somalia, instead of Ethiopian state.
