Somalia govt born in CARTA was the Transitional National Govt and died out in Nairobi Hotels, becuz HG refused to host it in the capital while their ina adeer was chosen Abdiqasim Salat. This woke up all all Somali clans HG are not interested in GOVT but Loot.

That Carta govt left behind nothing except 4.5 which is unconstitutional and will be replaced also like the TNG was.

The real govt was TFG led by Abdillahi Yusuf, it's transition ended from 2009-2012(done by pm gaas) and led to the Somali Federal Govt(not National) even tho your langaab ass in hamar is trying to create a national govt but it will forever be time-waste becuz it's not 'LAW' or 'Constitutional' to re-interpret the SFG role in the federation, no 1 man has that power.
