It’s so cringe and disappointing seeing all these Muslim channels go such far lengths to protect this man despite the overwhelming evidence and courts that need to settle this.

I think what’s shocking is that people aren’t connecting the dots. Sex industry, Romania, bribes, girlfriends who aren’t able to leave the house. All of these are things mentioned by Tate himself. Yes, they’re right that it’s innocent until proven guilty, but his previous track records, along with his industry and what comes out his own mouth doesn’t bode well. Therefore, the wise thing would have been not to put him on a pedestal and wait it out, yet they’ve done the exact opposite and have downplayed or straight up ignored the huge glaring red-flags and have then proceeded to call any Muslim who have used their logic and researched this man as either being feminist (if a woman) or a liberal (if a man.)
Also, even if, let’s say Tate didn’t technically traffic them and the girls did indeed consent. Why would prominent Muslim spaces still defend a man who after converting to Islam still hyped up the Zina lifestyle, compared himself to God, says he’s the best man walking and mocks the poor. Tate’s behavior cannot be put down to just lack of understanding of Islam. It’s a character problem and even amongst non Muslims his character would still be seen as immoral and repulsive, yet imagine, us Muslims who view adhab, modesty and respect as the pinnacle of the Muslim character have embraced his gimmick with open arms and have hardly been vocal about how that isn’t Islamically correct.
I’m baffled Wallahi. I don’t have much expectations for the masses of young 19 yr old boys, but to see men who are seen as an example of the UK Muslim community and who are well into their 30s behaving this way is shocking. They’re smarter than this, they do have critical thinking and can weigh up information and use critical thinking, yet they still resort to this which as of late has led me to feel that there is an agenda at play, or a simpler explanation is that these men feel that their reputation is at risk. They’ve promoted, hosted and hyped up this man to no end. If all of these allegations are indeed true, they’re going to look foolish.

Andrew Tate's defense would be this was all fiction when he made those statements. He didn't mention the names of those women; therefore, he was making all of those comments for audience and reviews. His agenda was to tell what certain section of the people wanted to hear. And because he lived in US and UK, he has freedom of speech to make those comments. But in reality, he never controlled women, never managed their taxes, and everything was fiction.
He would instant that if he was going to be prosecuted for making those fictional stories, all of the authors who write horror fictional stories should be prosecuted.
There are videos which were probably for his hustler university course that talks in detail about how to set up an onlyfans/web cam business. He talks about using the loverboy method, he talks about evading taxes and he talks about how to deceive the girls into thinking they’re getting a fair payment.
It is detailed, it is informative. It is practically a lesson and one of things he markets in his hustler university is that he has real life experiences in what he offers on his course.
That wasn’t playing a character. There wasn’t much of the Tate gimmicks and theatrics. It was straight teaching mode.
Give it up. I can’t imagine anyone with a ounce of morals and integrity defending that.

I am not defending " how to set up an onlyfans/web cam business" or taking advantage of women. That is not what the comment that I posted was about.
He is in a court now. So I responded to the lawyer in the video who stated Andrew Tate is going to jail for a long time. And I posted how his defense team can weather the charges.
First, Romania has no business in his taxation business as Mr Tate was living mostly in the UK and the US. And had he been breaking the tax law, he would've been arrested in those countries. There are plenty of other videos on how to beat the system and evade taxes. Go to youtube and post "how to evade taxes" and see how many videos that come up. Mr Tate's "tax evasion" scheme is no different.
There are also plenty of videos from others on how to trick or lure women for their money or how to make sure they don't take advantage of you (as a man). Too many hustlers for views and subscription, and Mt Tate's course or hustling business in his early days is no different.
Now that he was arrested in Romania and denied bail, he needs to fight the system and weather the charges. And if there is a shred of a fair criminal justice system in Romania, he could easily beat those charges. All he has to insist was this was fictional and he was after views, subscription, and people signing up for his course and giving him their money. In many countries, it is not illegal to hustle and try to make money when it is morally wrong. Fyi, courts in the West don't exist to defend moral values; they exist to enforce the laws that that they have in the books, and this is the reason why he was neither arrested nor persecuted in the UK or US.
That being said, with the amount of hate you show towards Mr Andrew Tate when he even reverted to Islam, it is unbelievable. None of us defend his past behavior. But since he reverted to Islam, we pray to Allah (swt) that he beats the charges and continues his journey to Islam.
Unlike you, we are not conflicted between "feminism" and Islam. At least for me, Islam and being a Muslim supersedes everything else, and I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt to a fellow Muslim who just reverted to Islam and who is fighting a system that is prosecuting him for his supposedly "past sins" before he reverted to Islam.
