A couple months back I was listening to LBC (Leading Britains Conversation) the talk radio show and they were discussing the EU and the power it has over member states. A woman then calls the show and she said, I quote, "without the Americans, the EU would be known by its real name, THE THIRD REICH"
Comments and points of view like this just astound me.

Nah, the NR#1 reason is that too many Eastern Europeans migrated to the UK. Before 2004 hardly any EU people migrated to the UK, but once the EEs joined millions of them started moving to the British isles.

You are 100% spot on. The British are extremely jealous of the success the Germans have enjoyed and how much influence the Germans have over the EU. If the British had the postion the Germans have in the EU, they would never dream of leaving the union. In fact they would deride any country that thought about leaving.

The British are extremely arrogant. The only reason Brexit won was because of old people who cling on to the idea of the great british empire. They will be dead in 20 years and the new generations will demands to be in the EU again.

The UK economy is majority service sector. Its an artificial economy they do not produce anything or export.
