Warsangeli can become the wealthiest Somalis or even the wealthiest people on earth if this is done well. Stop even exporting raw materials, and start to develop gold locally.

I just finished reading the four chapters of the constitution that the committee presented for discussion.
In reality, almost every article and/or clause has been either modified or changed. Many new articles and clauses have been introduced. A few articles have been deleted.
If the remaining chapters of the constitution mirror the four chapters presented here, it is going to be a new constitution.
It is unbelievable. But, it provides us with a lot of issues to discuss in the weeks and months to come.

I finished reading this on Gaylan's Facebook. I think this draft will be revised quite throughly. Things that need to be removed in my opinion:
- Two party system
- Federal gov control over all natural resources
- Federal gov control of state and local elections
- In many ancillary faqrads, the draft lies about the scope of the change. It says that there was a change in the siiqad or language of the faqrad when the new language is clearly different. For example the faqrad on the furthest left is the 2012 constitution. Look at how clear the language there is compared with the proposed change. Dirty games ae being played.
- Sometimes the lies are outright like when discussing the economic development of Gabooye people. They outright deleted the section on Gabooye economic development without saying they deleted it. I expect the the draft as a whole will be contaminted with this kind of trickery.

We can not make Illegal what Allah has permitted. FGM can be sunnah, its just that the hadits saying it are considered by some scholars as weak. the least invasive should be permitted just incase. The incredible invasive one prevelant in Somalia must be stopped.
It should be banned altogether. The act itself is barbaric, and has complication all that on a weak hadith that doesn't specify what is a sunnah FGM.
