naysayers who have a problem with what I'm about to say, right now you can choose to either be quiet about it, or bring forth your evidence against it, I'm tired of the complaints without any legitimate reason
The interferce of the World Bank/IMF go way further than just economic, they are and have been interfering with the entire system of Somali governance by injecting their damaging advice and using it to leverage aid money.
Maybe you would think that farmajo wants total control of all states to be a dictator and the next siyad barre (hence why they chose a marehan man, to bring negative PR to the marehan tribe when he fails ) but the reality is he's only following the instructions given to him, that's why he hasn't been going through with any of his promises to defeat AS "within 2 years" or to wean somalia of the support of foreign soldiers (in fact that number has only doubled).
Its also the reason why no somali constitution has ever beeen finalized regarding the sharing agreement between the fms and the fgs, because they (advisors from the IMF) have been advising thr government to stall the agreements and to instead go by a as-it-comes basis, so the federal government would that way be able to make amendments as needed.
I think its prettt clear the reason why they do this 1.) so more money is leaving the country, (to the contractors, debtors, bribes etc) and that leaves the country with very little, Somalia would at best become like every other poor african country with a single developed capital surrounded by slums
and 2.) to incite rebellion and to promote division and hatred between somali clans. Every single recommendation they make seems to further divide an already broken people
