The phenomena of Grooming gangs is different to what is being discussed in the video (abuse by an individual). Ethnicity was not collected for a larger number of offenders in grooming gangs cases. Pakistanis were over represented in the area where data collected, so it could be worse in other areas.
obviously the father is blameless as far we know and this guy is doing a bit too much for the cadaans. Nonetheless, another embarrassing episode. Greater Manchester police have started making arrested as part of “operation Sherwood”.
