Depends on the school tho, the one i went to was normal but i knew one in a ghetto area that was always causing problems

Im more shocked about Somalis picking this habit up. Is it the single mother phenomena since divorce rates are so high among the diaspora? Also we do know single mother house holds are the norm among black americans. Education is the only way to really climb up the ladder in the west. Its a shame we have more and more Somali youth fooling around in the classroom.

Watching the video I just realised the Somali kids are excatly the same. The thread isnt really about bashing madows more about the concerning trend Ive witnessed.
You go to the schools nearest to your address where i am. The schools beside the ghetto areas of the city were the worst.
This so true wlh, why is that? And its not every ethnics, East and South asians in my local school almost always behaved quite well.
Lack of parenting and lack of stricter discipline in school. People call it abusive, but I think in the long run, it's beneficial.

Like i said. There's nice and respectful kids and kids who's parents never taught them better. Of my 13 years of schooling, I have never, never received complaints from any teachers about my behaviour, always described as a model student. Why? because i was lucky enough to have parents who taught me to conduct myself well irl (sspot is a very different story though

This is what I was getting at thank you saaxiib for using your brains. Somalis seem to have forgotten how important it is to discipline your kids and I would add that it is equally important that you teach the kids to respect their teachers.
I can't even count how many times ive heard how Somali parents demonise the teachers as "some gaalo" it must have some psychological impact on the kids hearing it.

I wish that was the case, Ive visited my old school few weeks ago and I cant even describe how disgusted I was with the behaviour of Somalis specially Somali boys. Gabdhaha were well mannered and didnt cause problems in the classroom. I would say 70% off the kids on detention were wiilal Soomaali ah. Considering Somalis made up like 15% of the schools students
Heh In the UK, the White kids are pretty retarded, they get the lowest scores. A refugee kid that didn't learn English until 10 with illiterate parents will do better
