Did a 5 day fast in the beginning of the year and it did wonders. Make sure you're hydrated with electrolytes when fasting though.
 
When you break your fast make sure you eat a big healthy meal with lots of greens (greens has potassium and it helps replace the potassium you lost when your body was in fasted state, burning fat, and in ketosis.

Haven't been doing the fast for while, I need to get back on it maybe I will start Monday.
