I know right! I noticed I tend to match people’s energy if they’re talkative I’m talkative. If they appear quiet keep convos short but try to ask them questions. But to a minimal. Do you do that too?

Exactly sis I give back the same energy. I think that’s why I don’t understand myself fully well. Sometimes I feel outgoing sometimes I like to be left alone

Omg so true. Yeah I always felt that too like I can adapt to different people. It’s a positive thing but it’s hard too. Maybe our true self is when we are alone. Or how we are dealing with situations etc.
