PM Kheyre sat down with the UAE gov officials and here's the transcript
PM "We are asking the UAE gov to halt this Berbera deal. It is unconstitutional and fringes in our sovereignty".
UAE " We actually agree and we would like to make this deal with the recognized government of Somalia. We actually want to sit down with your government. Let's sign this deal in Berbera since you guys are the rulers of all of Somalia".
PM " uhhh ummm will we can't do that at the moment. We can't go there. "
UAE "clearly you and your government are not in control yet you want us not to deal with the reality on the ground and the people in control of that region. It is just preposterous ".
