The muslim rebels have tax offices open in 3-4 districts in Mogadishu as of today. They also have an elected representative in all the districts within Mogadishu. The one bedroom government in Mogadishu has not achieved anything substantial since gaining the reigns. Why should they be re-elected or get an extension when Infaq is still collected by the Muslim rebels in their backyard?
