I think you misunderstood or have seen a clip which was taken out of context. What he was alluding to was the fact that, in western society, females are being pushed to get higher education and climb the corporate ladder and settle down when they are in their mid-30s. This creates difficulties for women finding a husband. Females are hypergamous in nature and when she is in a higher social bracket it is more difficult to find a man. She would not entertain settling with a man with a lower social status compared to her. A man at her age with her social status or high would rather marry a 24-year-old compared to a 35-year-old. Now, lady & gentleman, you have got yourself the cat lady.
