Since we are living in the jinn era, where the jinns have taken over running of the world a true Muslim believer can access the jinns and affect them. How is this one may ask, well it's through perceptive powers or abilities not and i repeat not through any physical interaction. A very strong Muslim believers mind armed with the proper faith cracks that perceptive wall that exists between us and them jinns. In the jinn world exists a communication channel that they use for communication just like we humans have ours. Now that their world is roughly modelled like ours, hierarchical and such, the heads and the like with the ibliss sitting at the top orders and matters are dispensed through this medium of communication. Now the Muslim soo blessed can interfere with this communication and channel different messages according to his liking and the jinn will carry out this orders as if they are being transmitted through the normal channels. It is as if you are the Head of a certain police precinct and your superior calls you from his personal number in his recognizable voice and gives you instructions to be undertaken. You normally abide without to much of an asking because that is how our world is structured, top down, so is the jinn world. The believer gets to master a certain wave force and then direct it in a communicative way to the jinns.
