The lack of respect towards the youngest in Somali families

Do we talk about it a bit? I am the youngest of a family of 5 children and despite the fact that I am 20 years old, I am NEVER taken seriously, each time I have no say in all the affairs that are going on, we do not don't let me go shopping, when I argue with my brothers and sisters I'm the one who has to apologize even though I'm innocent and I didn't do anything.
I feel like my family is stuck behind, they still see me as a 12 year old kid even though I'm an adult

Trust me, you're lucky you're not the oldest, youngest gets spoiled and doesn't have as much responsibilities.

Middle Child > Youngest > Oldest imo.

youngest children have it the easiest. Parents already learned on the Guinea pig eldest, then middle children is where they worked out any kinks, youngest is the one that gets the perfected parenting.
