Whenever I go on some weird ass incel or eugenics Somali page they tend to bash and berate people belonging to said haplogroup, what did they do? I'm just curious about the "lore" on why, to me it's so foreign

L is the original maternal ancestry (MTDNA) of all humans and it originates in the cradle of humanity; Africa. It is also called "Mitochondrial Eve".
All other maternal ancestral lines on earth, are mutations of of L.
These delayed lunatics on twitter, are self-haters who hate being from Africa and also fail to comprehend that L is also their maternal ancestral line, even if they carry the mutation MTDNA's.

As you can see from image below, L3 is the 'out of Africa' lineage that then turned into MTDNA lineages like N, M etc, etc.

Fun fact: MOST Somalis carry the MTDNA "L".

They don't like black people and want to be Caucasian. There's not much else to read on the situation. L haplogroup is the oldest mtDNA haplogroup, originating in Africa.

All humans are members of the mtDNA clade L. L3h1 or L3a2a or just as much a mutation as N1b1. The letter assignments are arbitrary, and biased towards Eurasians because of earlier research using up all the letters.

It's actually pretty dumb that all of the hugely divergent African L lineages aren't given separate letter designations. You could technically say that all non-Africans belong to L3m and L3n and rename them from U5b -> L3n1b, R0a -> L3n2a etc.

Stupidity, even if they don't carry an L lineage, there's a 60% chance their fathers do. Also, most of them are chauvinists who make a big deal about paternal lineages, so it's strange for them to suddenly care about something that's passed from mother->daughter.
