Hey Reiko did you know that happens mostly to people with low imaan. Every since I had low Imaan growing up I had multiple accounts of sleep paralysis and even hearing whispers in my ear as I sleep, but then when I came closer to Allah swt, i felt true warmth in my heart and my heart felt full ever since that time my imaan has been 200% and I have had no cases of sleep paralysis for years. Do not believe the gaalo on everything walalayaal.
