I doubt they all left. My theory is that they converted to Islam. Their descendants have been absorbed by the rest of mainstream Arabs. Even the Prophet S.A.W married a Mother of the believers with a Jewish backgrounds Safia R.A and in many cases through the Prophet’s marriages whole tribes would convert to Islam. Also a lot of the Jews of that time period were in fact Jewish converts and weren’t that different to the local non Jewish populations.
